Is there by any chance a way to post/share (with somebody) here on adultspaces pictures without making them public?

Yeah. Create a album  account>submit albums>add albums, Then  goto manage albums: account>my items>manage items, Then add a password that only people you want to see the photos has. Anyone without that password will not be able to see the photos.
